Welcome to YellowLadoo, a matrimonial platform thoughtfully created to connect individuals within the 🌼 Meena community (“Users”, “You”).
By accessing or registering on YellowLadoo (the “Website”, “App”, or “Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not continue to use the platform.

1. Eligibility

YellowLadoo is intended solely for individuals aged 18 years and above who are legally eligible to marry under Indian law.
We do not knowingly allow minors to register. Accounts found to be created by or for minors will be removed immediately.

2. Code of Conduct

By using YellowLadoo, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information on your profile.

• Treat all users with respect and dignity.

• Refrain from harassment, abuse, hate speech, or offensive conduct.

• Maintain the confidentiality of personal and shared information.

• Avoid spamming, soliciting, or posting unauthorized advertisements.

• Respect privacy rights, copyrights, and applicable Indian laws.

3. Privacy and Data Use

• YellowLadoo takes reasonable measures to protect user data and privacy.

• However, no platform can guarantee absolute security; users should be cautious while sharing personal information.

• Data use and protection are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Content Management

• YellowLadoo reserves the right to monitor, review, or remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they post or upload.

5. Account Management

• Upon membership cancellation, your profile and associated data will be permanently deleted.

• Deleted data cannot be restored or transferred.

• Users are responsible for ensuring secure logout after use.

6. Limitation of Liability

• YellowLadoo shall not be responsible for data loss, technical issues, hacking incidents, or service disruption.

• Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service period.

7. Security

• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and OTPs.

• Any activity carried out under your account shall be considered your responsibility.

8. External Links

• YellowLadoo may contain links to third-party websites or apps.

• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or data practices of external sites.

• Visiting such links is at the user’s discretion and risk.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YellowLadoo, its parent company Heripico Roots Private Limited, and its employees, affiliates, and agents against any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:

• Violation of these Terms,

• Misuse of the platform, or

• Infringement of rights of another user.

10. Disclaimers

• YellowLadoo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• We make no guarantees of matchmaking success, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of profiles.

• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Amendments

YellowLadoo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Communications

• We may contact users for important updates, service alerts, or promotional offers via email, SMS, or in-app notifications.

• Users may opt out of non-essential promotional communications.

12A. SMS Login & Verification

• YellowLadoo uses SMS-based One-Time Password (OTP) verification for user login and authentication.

• By registering or logging in, you consent to receive SMS messages containing OTPs or important account-related notifications.

• These SMS messages are strictly transactional, not promotional.

• You must ensure the mobile number provided is valid and accessible.

• YellowLadoo will never request OTPs or passwords over calls, messages, or emails.

• The platform shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by network providers.

• Users must immediately report any unauthorized or suspicious OTP activity.

13. Complaints

For any issues, concerns, or grievances, please contact our Support Team via in-app support or email.
We strive to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

14. Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims arising from the use of YellowLadoo shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India, and shall be governed by Indian law.

15. End User License Agreement (EULA) & Zero-Tolerance Policy

By accessing or using YellowLadoo, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this EULA and all conduct standards herein.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use YellowLadoo solely for personal, non-commercial matrimonial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

YellowLadoo enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any objectionable or abusive content or conduct, including but not limited to:

• Sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content

• Harassment, stalking, or threats

• Impersonation, fraud, or misleading activity

• Use of hate speech or slurs

• Scams, phishing, or deceptive actions

YellowLadoo may immediately suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy without prior notice or refund.
Severe violations may be reported to legal authorities as required.
